Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that things come up, but when you forget to cancel or reschedule your appointment without giving notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, your stylist looses income and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

Our appointments reminders are sent two weeks before your appointment and are confirmable via text or email 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked weeks or months ago. You will also receive a same day text two hours before your appointment.

We understand that emergencies do come up but we reserve the right if necessary to charge the following fees if necessary. In addition some larger services will may require a deposit. when booking.

A Cancellation fee of 25% of the reserved service amount will apply if you do not cancel your appointment at least 36 hours prior to your appointment or fail to reschedule within this time frame.

A Cancellation fee of 50% of the reserved service amount will apply if you cancel your appointment same day or fail to cancel at all i.e. "No Show".
