CANCELATION POLICY:
Any appointment not canceled prior to 36 hours of scheduled time will incur a 25% service fee of scheduled appointment, appointments that no show or are cancelled same day will incur a 50% service fee.
At Christopher Stephens we work as a team. Our top priority is your satisfaction - not our egos. If at any time you want to make a change, feel free to try any other staff member of your choice within the salon. So if you are a little bored or want a change - make it!
SCHEDULING:
Appointments are scheduled to allow ample time to complete your service. Please help us by arriving 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Arriving late may compromise the time available for your service.
