Christopher Stephens Hair Stylist Level System FAQ'S

The primary goals of our Salon Level System within Christopher Stephens Salon is to provide a career path of growth and achievement for each team member and to offer several options for our guests to meet their diverse needs when it comes to salon services. Guests may choose the stylist and/or level that compliments their requests from skill set to education, and budget. Our menus display a “Starting At” price for services, as our team of designers is classified by availability, education, and demand. You may schedule an appointment for a complimentary consultation to get an exact cost. Based on availability, education, and demand we offer 3 different levels for you to choose from.

Below is a brief description of each stylist level classification.

Level 2
Premier Stylist:

Premier Stylist is a stylist that has developed their signature design for cutting and coloring skills. They are well seasoned in the industry and are always working to produce outcomes out of artistry and build a clientele at Christopher Stephens Salon. This individual has gone through additional training and certifications in all principles of cosmetology. They are continually working with Master and Signature Stylists to increase education and expertise.

Level 3
Master Stylist

Master Stylists are typically the highest ranking stylist at Christopher Stephens Salon. They usually help train and mentor Premier stylists, helping them move up the ranks to Master Stylist. These stylists generally have a large customer base, receive positive comments from existing and new customers and log regular continuing education hours. Haircuts and styles by a Master Stylist are more expensive than a Premier Stylist because of experience and demand within Christopher Stephens Salon. This experience helps them to use a variety of cutting and styling methods set forth by Christopher Stephens Salon.

Level 4
Signature Stylist:

Signature Stylists hold management positions within the salon and are advanced with techniques and design. They are specialists in all facets of Christopher Stephens Salon principles, and are senior educators that develop and mentor new and existing stylists. This level is also responsible for certifying our specialists and also organize all continuing education and assisting with related duties. Signature Stylist is reserved for our most experienced and are high demand service providers in our salon. They are well-known for their work and have reached rigorous salon goals and have met our education and skill requirements. These stylists are your Salon Directors and artistically guide the entire team and set the standard at Christopher Stephens Salon.
